The big cities of the world i’ve seen have been London, Chicago, Tokyo, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Sydney and my favorite has to be Sydney. Something about the place has won my heart the second i stepped off the plane and, moment by moment, my love of the place grew. Can’t quite put my finger on it, but, i am really considering planning my life around trying to spend more time there. Even after two full days of wandering around, i still had so much i wanted to see.

I’m flying away again… today… in a few hours. We leave DFW, fly to LAX, then fly out to Auckland. The day after we arrive, we fly to Christchurch so we can head out (drive 6 hours) into the West Coast area around Mt. Cook.
Anywho, i’ll be uploading photos and stories as much as i can find the time and internet access to do so. At the very latest, the next update will be when we get to Sydney on the 21st, where i plan to search for an internet cafe.
Here is a quick summary of the trip ahead:
May 15 – Fly to LA then onward to Auckland
May 17 – Arrive in Auckland
May 18 – Fly to Christchurch then drive 6 hours to Fox Glacier
May 21 - Fly to Auckland from Christchurch and then on to Sydney
May 24 – Fly to Brisbane
May 26 – Fly to LA then to DFW
Thats 8 flights in 10 days… we’re going to be all over the place!
